The WHAT is based on Matthew 28:19-20

all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and
of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you
till the end of the age.”
The HOW is based on 2 Timothy 2:2
“And the things you have heard me say
in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men
who will also be qualified to teach others.”
Objectives of the Training "At
the end of the training seminar, the participant will be a
transformed leader with the necessary skills to lead others
to Christ both by word and example and also enable others
to do the same.”
