Ahmedabad: The Haggai Seminar held at Methodist Church, Ahmedabad from 21-23 April 2006 definitely was stunning, but read on what happens when the Enemy strikes!!

The Enemy Strikes
I was to conduct the Haggai Institute Training for the Methodist Church Leaders beginning on 21st April onto 23rd. The previous evening i.e., 20th, Augustine (my husband) and I were to meet the organizers at the Church to work out Logistics, Material sets, Group prayer for the Training with a few leaders. But, before that, alongwith Shema- Kshitij (our daughter-in-law & son) I went for her regular check-up for her third month pregnancy. To our utter shock & disbelief on having examined her on the sonography the Dr. told us something we never would want to hear ~ the baby had died in her womb two days earlier, due to an infection! I fail on words to describe the panic, trauma, we all underwent, though we all together prayed for the immediate D & C that she had to undergo, and for us both the impending HI Training program just one night away. It was all done under the Lord's protection and finally she was discharged from the Hospital at 2.00 am.

For the battle is the Lord’s … and Victory is certain
While all this was happening at the Hospital the Lord encouraged us both so that Augustine drove to the Methodist church a solid 26 kilometer drive to attend the prayer meeting and the arrangements that were to be done. Several friends supported us by praying, some even on the phone. All the prayer support enabled both Augustine & me to go ahead with the Training at the Methodist Church and amazingly all the 26 attended. I thank and praise the Lord for using us, encouraging us, sustaining us and blessing us for the furtherance of His Kingdom through this seminar and their "Giving".
